How much is delivery, and how long does it take?+
UK delivery is free on orders over £40, otherwise it's a flat £3.95. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, and most arrive within 2-3 working days on a tracked service.
What's your returns policy?+
We offer 30-day easy returns. If something isn't right, send it back unused in its original packaging for a full refund. We'll email you a prepaid label, just drop it at any post office.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Everything is processed through a secure, encrypted provider, and we never see or store your card details.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
Right now we ship within the UK only, but international delivery is on the way. Join the newsletter and we'll let you know the moment it goes live in your country.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, drop us a message with your order number and we'll sort it. Once it's on its way you can use our free 30-day returns instead.
How do I look after my pieces?+
Care notes are on each product page and included with your order. As a rule: wash linen cool, treat wood with a little oil now and then, and trim candle wicks before each burn.
