Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's exactly how to return it and get your money back.
Your 14-day right to change your mind
As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. To start a return, just email hello@husslar.com with your order number.
Condition of returns
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- You can inspect an item as you would in a shop, but if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (or proof that you've sent it), we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. This includes standard delivery you paid on the way out; we don't cover the cost of sending the item back unless it was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement and we'll cover the return postage. Email hello@husslar.comwith your order number and a photo and we'll sort it quickly.
Exceptions
A few items can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons (for example earphones or personal-care products), and made-to-order or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
How to return
Email hello@husslar.comwith your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll send you the return address and next steps. Please get a proof of postage, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
