Who we are

husslar.com is operated by Husslar (sole trader). You can contact us any time at hello@husslar.com.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming it. That confirmation is our acceptance of your order and the point a contract is formed between us. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error), and if we do we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is taken securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We'll give you an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout and in your confirmation email. Some items are dispatched from our suppliers and can take longer to arrive; estimated times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel and return

If you're a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them and return them for a refund. Full details, and the few exceptions, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. Just email us with your order number and a photo.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
